Responsive design (website) that very common nowadays is an approach to web page creation that makes and use of flexible layouts, flexible images and cascading style sheet media queries. The goal of responsive design is to build web pages/ website that detect the visitor’s screen size and orientation and change the layout accordingly.
Responsive web design is becoming more important as the amount of mobile traffic now accounts for more than half of total internet traffic. This trend is so prevalent that Google has begun to boost the ratings of sites that are mobile friendly if the search was made from a mobile device. This has the net effect of panelizing sites that are not mobile friendly.
